Refund Instructions
Starlit is the currency used to access Stellorg's paid services. Users who wish to request a refund must go through a verification process to confirm their identity via the customer center, and they must also apply for a refund simultaneously with the identity verification. Members seeking a refund must verify their identity via email and submit the request to the customer center, attaching the purchase receipt screen and the store purchase history screen.
For unused Starlit purchased within 7 days of the transaction, we can assist with refunds. However, Starlit that has been used after purchase cannot be refunded.
The company will refund the payment amount to users if it is determined that the refund request is valid, the reason for the refund exists, and the appropriate procedures have been followed.
To facilitate the refund process, please capture the payment history so that the order number can be verified, and send it to the customer center within the app. For more detailed information on the refund policy, please refer to the terms of service.
Android Refund Request Method:
Please send the receipt containing the purchase date, number of Starlit, amount, and GPA code. The GPA code can be found in the payment receipt sent to the email linked to your Google Play Store account. (Example code: GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345)
iPhone Refund Request Method:
Please send the receipt containing the purchase date, amount, number of Starlit, and order number. You can view the receipt on the Apple payment history page at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
